Hi! I'm looking for a good baby shoe that is NOT made of leather. I never thought it would be such a hard thing to find! My son is 5 months old, but he is really big for his age, so I'm looking for shoes for new walkers.

Try IsaBooties (www.isabooties.com) for soft booties that look and feel like leather but aren't. They're machine washable, too.

Hey Baby Converse are a great shoe if your looking for non leather.
My baby has some and they are both adorable and comfy

Another place to try is Simple ... they use hemp, organic cotton and recycled materials.

I have been in the same boat looking for shoes for my daughter. I found this site: http://www.vegetarianshoesandbags.com/kids/vegan+shoes/search.aspx that seems to have a decent selection. They have infants' and kids' shoes and they're cute; a little pricy, but that seems to be the trend with things that are good for us!
