Without being biased or judgmental or anything else one reading this might assume... I was hoping to get an informal survey of people to post whether or not they circumcised their sons (without giving reasons for or against doing so). I am just curious! And, to be the first, I did not.
UPDATE - I was hoping for just some yes or no answers... I just checked this discussion after not reading it for a while. Seems to have gotten a little heated and/or weird. So, I am closing it. Thanks for the responses!
We didn't circumcise our son. (I deferred to my husband for this decision, actually. I wonder how many other women do the same.)

Absolutely! What do I know about living with or without the extra skin and how it affects "operations". I was keen to do our son but it was my husbands decision and he handled the post op care!
It only looks weird because you're not used to it. If you were in Europe you'd see them on statues everywhere (and on beaches...). Not being circumcised is the norm for three out of every four men in the world (and most of the circumcised men are Muslims). Everything looks a little bit like something else, and a circumcised penis looks rather like a fireman's helmet.
I would have to say, as weird as it sounds, my 11-month-old's uncircumcised weenie is really cute. It doesn't look like a flaccid "erect" penis (which is what cutting off the foreskin permanently makes them look like). It looks like a little wrinkled elephants nose. I have to admit though... I have never seen a full grown uncircumcised man.
Without meaning to be too crude, penises are only of use to us when erect. When erect, cut and uncut penises are pretty undistinguishable. I know an RN who did not realize for quite some time that her boyfriend was uncircumcised.
my son is 16 months -- my husband is cut, son is not. We also joke about his wrinkly elephants nose. Some in my family gave me a hard time about not getting it done...but we did not see a need for it. Also my sisters fiance is not circumcised and she said it does not affect "anything".
Both of my nephews are -- my son will be the oddball - until my sister gets married and has a boy.

I agree with you. I think anteater is being complimentary.
