I agree With Sarah That its really sad that Most of people build their opinions towards you only on the basis of your outer appearance . I can't see any reason to consider mom with tats as weird

So since part one of my blog My life as the "weird" mom...or at least that's what the other moms are whispering as I pass I have been quite busy...I gave birth to my second child..Mr. Elliot Alexander who turned out to be a whopping 10 POUNDS!!! I never thought I would be the strange, weird mom in Bank town, USA full of prescription drug addicted house wives and bible thumpers...but surprisingly...I am. I guess I'll start from the beginning. I'm weird among my mom friends because I'm the only one younger than 25, who reads real books, listens to music that no one's ever heard of, has a punk rocker past...I hang out with the settled mamas who have jobs and husbands and I have a sweet boy, live at home and are going back to school. One of my best friends and her hubby have a son my youngest son's age and she's simpatico to the plight of the "weird mom". But wow- that's about it. Doesn't really seem like the other moms at day care and I would see eye to eye :)

No worries- you're not the only weird Mom on the playground- I feel ya here in Texas. It's kinda funny to look around at the other Moms and know that you're the only one with tattoos and piercings. Where are all the cool parents, you know? haha
