I am a new wife and newer mom trying to balance full time employment with motherhood and wifehood.

Gabriel, 4 months

How would you describe your parenting philosophy?

Evolving. There are things I said I wouldn't do that I was doing by the second day of bringing baby home!

What's your favorite parenting book (if any)?

I prefer magazines and websites

What are your family’s favorite books and toys?

Can't say we have a favorite just yet. We are into flashcards. Gabriel loves to look at things; whether its mommy's face, a picture, a rattle, or the 6 o'clock news.

What are your family’s favorite TV shows or movies?

My husband and I love watching the news, boxing, and Saturday Night Live. Any movie we havne't seen yet works for us, so long as its not scary.

What are your family's favorite foods?

We aren't very picky eaters but are partial to Italian.

What are your family's favorite places to hang out?

The family room!

What one adjective would you choose to describe your household?

silly

What do you see your kids doing when they grow up?

Everything. I see my son as an intellectual athlete.

Describe your most humbling parenting moment.

Everytime I watch him sleep....I am humbled by his innocence and what a miracle it is that he his here.
