About My Family

My husband and I are in our early 30s. We have a 2 year old girl named Sophia and a baby boy named Oliver. I am a freelance graphic and fashion designer. My husband is a software developer. We live near Boulder, CO, but are not originally from here, so we have a love/hate relationship with the place.

yes

How would you describe your parenting philosophy?

Laissez-faire. We both grew up in very stable homes, our parents are both still married and living in our childhood homes after 30 years. We hope to provide a solid foundation for our kids as well. That's all you can really do- right? Give them love, structure, and have some fun :)

What's your favorite parenting book (if any)?

Dr. Ferber's sleep book

What are your family’s favorite books and toys?

We just got back from a trip to NY. We have a book about a little girl from Brooklyn now.

What are your family's favorite foods?

We'll eat anything as long as it's a bit more gourmet!

What are your family's favorite places to hang out?

The rec center in our town.

Playful

not sure- I'll let them decide
