i grew up in australia and carl my partner in belgium and ayla our daughter was born here in barcelona 3 and half years ago and now we have a new baby boy - ilan - he is 3mths old and already 8 kgs. my back is killing me!

ayla, 3 and a half and ilan, 3 mnths

i think 2 is a good number!

How would you describe your parenting philosophy?

hands on

What's your favorite parenting book (if any)?

dont really follow any - but meridith small & michael odent seem to have the same ideas as i do.

dr zuess, musical instruments, almost all wooden toys, tricycles...etc

What are your family’s favorite TV shows or movies?

too many really!

old sesame street, muppet show, elmo, nemo, madagaskar, happyfeet, shrek...etc

What are your family's favorite foods?

chinese, thai, tibetan, vietnamese, japanese, mexican, italian, lebanese, spanish...etc

What are your family's favorite places to hang out?

friends' houses, parks, museum, galleries, concerts, bookstore...

What one adjective would you choose to describe your household?

chaotic, fun, spontaneous

What do you see your kids doing when they grow up?

whatever their heart desires hopefully

Describe your most humbling parenting moment.

too many to pick just one!
but having a 10 pound baby naturally was quite...humbling, i guess you could say?!
and now having an even larger one...topped that moment.
