- been married for almost two years now and we had our baby Trace on July 2 (same birthday as me)! We also have two small dogs - Cereal (a chihuahua) and Killer (a chihuahua/pug mix (aka chug)).

- What are your children's names and birth dates?
- Trace Kyler is 2 months 3 weeks old
- Are you considering having more?
- yes
- How would you describe your parenting philosophy?
- I've been leaning more towards the "attachment" parenting style, though I would like to migrate Trace to his own sleeping space at night...we'll see how that goes.
- What's your favorite parenting book (if any)?
- Your baby a week by week guide
- What are your family’s favorite books and toys?
- Trace really likes his Oball (get it from target) it has holes all over it so he can grip it and he also rests his arm on it in his car seat
- What are your family’s favorite TV shows or movies?
- My husband swears Trace enjoys the country music videos and football. I think Trace just likes the colors and movement
- What are your family's favorite foods?
- The adults eat what they can grab and Trace is on a strict milk only diet. ;)
- What are your family's favorite places to hang out?
- Trace loves a long car ride, but mainly we're stay at home folks these days.
- What one adjective would you choose to describe your household?
- ying and yang but mostly chaotic
- What do you see your kids doing when they grow up?
- what ever they want to do

- other mom's and/or dad's who are new to this whole parenting thing and are comfortable saying they didn't know what they were getting themselves into...

Trace had his two month well visit on 9/9/08 and he is:

Growing up too fast
I remember being a preteen wanting nothing more than to be 16 years old a teenager and to go to high school dances and blah blah blah. And when I was sixteen I remember wanting nothing more than to be 18 and out of high school and pursuing my dreams and believe it or not voting. Back to Work
So I made a decision early in my pregnancy that I would go back to work once my Short Term Disability ended for two reasons: One, because momma needs to pay the bills and two, because I was fairly new at my job and didn't want to push my luck. My 8 weeks has come and gone and I am now back in the grind. My husband and I have been lucky enough to make arrangements with a family member to care for Trace while we both work. Drool
as i write this Trace is fast asleep against my chest strapped snuggly in his ergo baby carrier. this is one of the few moments i get to myself, so i decided to use this time to aimlessly surf the net. While looking at the latest comments on a few of my friends myspace pages i felt an odd sensation. I felt something slide down my right boob, what the hell?! that was WAY too high to be leakage and then it dawned on me my little monster drooled and it is now sliding down my boob. Yay for drool!
