Xander, 2

nope - can't afford any more!

Relaxed and education based

What's your favorite parenting book (if any)?

Don't really have one

What are your family’s favorite books and toys?

This changes weekly - we're loving Bats at the Beach for a book this week (checked out from the local library) and the Darth Tater and Spud Trooper Mr. Potato Head toys

What are your family’s favorite TV shows or movies?

Xander is into a few specific Disney movies right now - Monster's Inc., Finding Nemo and Shrek (at least they are all movies that the adults enjoy as well!)

What are your family's favorite foods?

This also changes week to week... Last week it was pizza dipped in peanut butter. This week, I guess we'll have to wait and see!

What are your family's favorite places to hang out?

With family mostly, and in the summer time at the park next door, or in the back yard playing "basketball"

What one adjective would you choose to describe your household?

Busy!

What do you see your kids doing when they grow up?

I can't picture that far into the future

Describe your most humbling parenting moment.

The first time I picked Xander up from day care and it was clear that he was happy/excited to see me. He wasn't very old - maybe 6 months, but the smile and giggle just melted my heart.
